I have two great loves of my life: music and dessert. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been enamored with fine pastry, and as I’ve grown into an adult, my tastes and knowledge have expanded greatly. Any time I venture into a different city, I scour for the best pastry they offer, taking notes about ones that are particularly good. After many friends (and even strangers) asked me to start a dessert blog to formally consolidate recommendations, I finally started my Dessert Fiend Instagram page, which is devoted to my favorite pastry, pastry chefs to watch for, musings, and even my own baking/confectionery endeavors.
